Nfluence Church App Account Deletion

If you have created an account for the Nfluence Church mobile app and would like to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, you may submit a deletion request by emailing it@nfluencenetwork.com.

Please use the subject line “App Account Deletion Request” and include the following information so we can identify and verify your account:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your Nfluence Church app account

• Your mobile phone number, if associated with your account

Once your identity has been verified, we will process your request and delete your app account and personal data associated with that account, except for information we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, ministry-record, or regulatory purposes.

Certain records may be retained where necessary, including historical financial contribution records, transaction records, attendance or participation records, or other information that Nfluence Church is legally or operationally required to maintain. Retained information will no longer be used to provide access to the mobile app.

Deleting your account is permanent and may affect your ability to sign in to Nfluence Church digital services that use the same Rock account.
