This class is a basic introduction to the ministry of Nfluence. It will help you understand our core beliefs and also set you on a path to becoming established in what God says about you! Participants who complete Nfluence101 become members of Nfluence and are asked to consider serving in one of a wide variety of Level 1 Opportunities, not only at our campus church, Nfluence Church, but also within our parent organization, The Nfluence Network. (Prerequisites: This class is open to anyone who professes to be a believer in Christ.)

Nfluence201 is for believers who feel empowered to move beyond being a Christian “consumer,” and are ready to become disciple-makers! Traditionally named as “deacons” in 1 Timothy 3, students who complete Nfluence201 will learn how to “make disciples of all nations” by applying Jesus’ leadership principles of multiplication in ones Christian walk. Students who complete Nfluence201 may be asked to serve as a Ministry Team Leader at Nfluence Church, or within our parent organization, The Nfluence Network. (Prerequisites: This class is open to anyone who has completed Nfluence101, and has been given a reccomendation by a team leader, department manager, staff member, or pastor to enroll.)

This class is designed for those who feel a special calling on their lives to become a church “elder.” As outlined in 1 Timothy 3, an elder is first made known to the church by his/her desire to serve in such a capacity. In this class, you will learn a leadership model that not only builds people with­out control or manipulation. but expands on the knowledge you gained in Nfluence201 in order to make you a “Discipler CEO.” Students who enroll in Nfluence301 (either for personal development or to complete the prerequisites for becoming an ordained minister through The Nfluence Network) will be asked to serve in the capacity of a Department Leader upon completion of the class. (Prerequisites: This class is open to anyone who has completed Nfluence201, received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and has been given a recommendation by a department leader or other staff member to enroll.)

This class is designed for the serious student who feels a special calling on his/her life to become a “five-fold ministry” church leader as outlined in Ephesians 4. In this class, you will become an expert at grace-based leadership as you com­plete the highest level of training in the Maximum CEO system – “Ultimate CEO.” With advanced classwork in “Leadership That Builds People,” as well as ad­ditional studies in becoming a person of influence, the Nfluence401 graduate will be ready to serve the global church in the capacity of pastor, teacher, prophet, evangelist, or apostle by taking the Gospel of grace to the world. After completion of their classwork, Nfluence401 graduates will be asked to serve as a Ministry Director for any one of our campus churches, or within The Nfluence Network. (Prerequisites: This class is open to anyone who has completed Nfluence301, and has been given a recommendation by a pastoral staff member or board member to enroll.)
